Over the years, I've developed and delivered workshops on applying adapted business management practices in nonprofits. Workshops have been geared towards both nonprofit practitioners and facilitators/trainers interested in learning how to apply the methodologies. Sessions are designed to be interactive, using group work and case studies so participants can begin to apply and more fully understand methodologies. Participants are often asked to bring along an issue or idea to work on during the training.
